Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance, even in the instance of a return/exchange.

Orders typically leave our facility within 2 business days of receiving and clearing the payment. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post which normally takes an additional 2-3 days from the date of shipment. Based on these estimates, you can typically expect your shipment to be delivered within 3-5 business days of placing the order. Packages will be marked from “kaia naturals” and may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on location. We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third-parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Promotions

While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time range advertised.

Return Policy

At kaia naturals we stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase.

We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. Products are eligible for a Refund if you decide you don’t want the item, it didn’t meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by kaia naturals. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage. Please include a copy of your invoice with the reason for return clearly marked on the invoice.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records

Damages

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.  It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 416 929 3236. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
