What You’ll Need:

  • ¾  cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup tablespoon ACV
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To:

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
