This 3-step hygiene practice begins in the shower and has been found to significantly improve your odor free hours and keeps you dry and fresh when using the 3-step routine in the morning and for late day freshness.

In-Shower Treatment:

With sea salt and apple cider vinegar to disinfect yesterday’s bacteria and to keep new bacteria at bay, it forms a protective barrier on the underarm. The charcoal in the bar helps remove deodorant build-up. Using this step in the shower significantly improves results with natural deodorant.

    step 1: the underarm bar 
    Use the underarm bar in the shower every morning before deodorant application. To maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the charcoal bar soap, lather the bar and then massage in the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. If you have underarm hair, massage for 30 seconds. For best results, let the rich lather sit on the underarms for a while before rinsing off.  

    Step 2: the charcoal deodorant 
    Apply a generous application of deodorant to clean, dry underarms daily. The charcoal deodorant is 2nd step of the routine. If you experience excess sweat, we recommend our 3-step hygiene routine that includes the sweat powder to absorb excess moisture. 

    Step 3: the sweat powder spray 
    To set your deodorant with the spray powder, it is best to apply a generous amount before you get dressed, focusing on the areas where you sweat the most... If you have excess sweat in the underarm area, apply the powder there after using a generous amount of deodorant. You can use the powder throughout the day if you are sweating or notice odor. 

    The sweat powder is intended for use during the day when you are sweating; never apply deodorant over a sweaty underarm, use the sweat powder instead as it will adhere to the moisture and manage the odor... You can also use the sweat powder in the breast area—spray it directly into the skin folds  to prevent moisture buildup, which can cause odor or rashes.

    I honestly wish this worked for me

    I honestly wish this worked for me. I have always had super sensitive underarms. By age 12 I was breaking out from all the popular brands and found myself using Mitchum until about 23. Then I began using Native, but always found the deodorants to smell great but not work long term. I found this brand through the founder’s social media platform and thought, why not? The soap is great. But the deodorant, though it glides effortlessly, somehow still makes me itch a bit and I feel charcoal’d out. I don’t know if it’s the scent I picked (kinda wish I can try different samples) but I’m going to finish it. However, I will be trying another brand afterwards.
