Add 1-2 tablespoons of goji berries into 6-8oz of your favorite wine and sip away!
Why are they great
Goji berries go back a long way in Traditional Chinese Medicine for their benefits as an aphrodisiac. These little berries help improve sexual health and drive. It also doesn’t hurt that it is a good source of antioxidants, vitamin C, fibre, vitamin A, and iron, just to name a few.
If you find that you have a handful of leftover goji berries, add them to your smoothie bowls, homemade muffins, soups, or simply have them as a healthy snack. Enjoy!
