What You’ll Need:
- ¾ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup tablespoon ACV
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
- Salt and pepper to taste
