We ship to Canada and the United States only. Shipping costs will be free for all purchases over $60 or more after discounts and before taxes unless free shipping is offered during a limited time offer. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances, even in the instance of a return/exchange.
Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes are shipped via Canada Post. Orders shipping to the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS. Standard shipping can take up to 7 days.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders typically leave our facility within 2 business days of receiving and clearing the payment.
Tracking information is sent by e-mail once the order has been shipped. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping companies once the package has left our facility.

We do however, require the customer to pay return shipping for the goods.
If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately and we will ensure that any damages are replaced. Note it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) please contact us @ 416 929 3236 or email@example.com.
