MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Begin with a clean, dry surface. the soap dock works best on flat, smooth shiny surfaces such as glass, mirror or shiny tile.
  2. Peel back the adhesive and press firmly into the wall. Hold for 30 seconds.
  3. Wait 12 to 24 hours before exposing to water or attaching the soap.

Note: product is not suitable for matte, dull, rough, porous or uneven surfaces, or over multiple grout lines.

Currently, kaianaturals.com only ships to Canada and the United Sates. We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities and partner with additional international resellers. Once you place your order, processing typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands. Please note that processing delays may occur due to volume.

Orders shipped to Canada typically take 2-3 business days to arrive after they have been shipped.

Orders shipped to the U.S. typically take up 5 business days  to arrive after they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping times can be delayed due to unforeseen delays on the courier’s end, the holiday season and an increased volume of shipments. 

If your order has already left our warehouse, you may contact Canada Post/UPS for updates on your order. If you can’t find support through your shipping provider, please contact our customer care team at orders@kaianaturals.com.

Send us an email at orders@kaianaturals.com and include your order number. Most packages do turn up in a day or two but after that we are happy to open a case with the carrier on your behalf.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

kaia naturals would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are pleased to offer a 30 day return or exchange with your unsatisfied purchase. Please contact orders@kaianaturals.com for assistance with exchanges and returns.

Please note that if you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly in order to issue a return or exchange.

We are unable to modify your order once payment is processed. This includes adding/removing promo codes and products. Should you require any updates, please contact orders@kaianaturals.com within 24 hours to cancel your order and place another one.

Please note we are unable to make any changes once the item is shipped.

At kaia naturals, we stand behind the quality of our product. We absolutely replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at orders@kaianaturals.com with the nature of the defect, and a picture, and we will send a replacement to you straight away. No need to return the defect unless we request it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not purchase your item through www.kaianaturals.com please contact the retailer you purchased through first. All purchases made through a different retailer are subject to their return policies.

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

Once your return has been processed, a refund may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

the soap dock has two components: 

  1. the base that attaches to the shower wall using a strong 3M adhesive, and has a strong magnet that is used to attach the bar soap
  2. the magnetic circular piece that is pressed into the soap

These two components ensure your bar soap will be secured to the wall, keeping it from sitting in water in the shower and extending the life of the soap.

The soap dock adheres best to clean, dry, flat and smooth surfaces such as: glass, mirror, and shiny tile or marble. 

It is not suitable for matte, dull, rough, porous, or uneven surfaces, or over multiple grout lines.

the soap dock is made of stainless steel, and a strong 3M adhesive that attaches the dock to any clean, smooth surface in your shower.

It also has a strong magnet that easily attaches your bar soap to the dock.

It is made of stainless steel and stainless steel does not rust.

The jagged side of the metal piece that inserts into the soap is rounded so that it is not sharp, however we caution you to take extra care when handling this piece just in case.

 

When the soap get smaller, the jagged edges should not get exposed, however it is best to replace your soap as soon as it begins to get too small for the soap dock.

Great idea, can’t get it to work on my wall!

I love this idea. Great concept. My issue is that the mounting will not adhere to my shower wall! I went down to the hardware store and purchased a metal clamp with a magnetic base and attached it to my shower case, so I’m only able to use the little metal grip that goes into the bar of soap. So, it coast me an additional $10.00, and in the end, not really useful. Too bad!

The soaps are too small. Especially for the cost. They were nice, but did not last long. Dock worked ok until the bar got too small. Will have to see how it does with a larger bar.
