Use Step 1: the underarm bar in the shower every morning before deodorant application. To maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the charcoal bar soap, lather the bar and then massage in the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. 
If you have underarm hair, massage for 30 seconds. For best results, let the rich lather sit oon the underarms for a while before rinsing off. 

Follow with Step 2: the charcoal deodorant to manage odor throughout the day.

Shower with the underarm bar each morning prior to applying the takesumi detox® charcoal deodorant.

The soap can last anywhere from2-4 months.Remember, it is a natural soap so it should not be left sitting in water.

You can store the ingrown bar on anysoap dish, or shower rack. If possible, you should store it outside the shower to keep it away from moisture and allow it to dry between uses.

This is a great soap! Definitely has helped control underarm perspiration and order. I ended up buying the 2.4 oz bar for my son who is 7. As many parents know, these little ones could get smelly from time-to-time. I definitely recommend this soap!

I canƒ??t say enough about how much my husband and I love the charcoal soap and the brightening soap. I have leukemia and have to take chemo every day, which has destroyed my skin. The both of these soaps have been miracles workers for me.
